How does your heart determine the direction of your life? In your mind, you know that God says He is for you not against you and you agree mentally. Then you are faced with a circumstance that triggers fear and you are faced with a decision – do you panic? In your head, you remember God is for you, but you disregard that by freaking out and saying what am I going to do. I must find a way to fix this. You are depending on yourself for the answer. Or you can draw from your heart what you know about Abba – that He is unconditional and overwhelming Love and He is trustworthy even though your circumstances are screaming at you and you are fearful. Peace comes when you slip into the rest of knowing He will make a way. Anxiety comes when you try to make a way in and of yourself. Your course is determined by what is in your heart.
